SHIPPING POLICY

At Ammaterre, we treat every order with the same intention we put into formulating every product. Below you will find the guidelines that govern our shipping process, written with full transparency so your experience is clear from the very first day.
ORDER PROCESSING
Each order is processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment at any time.
Ammaterre reserves the right to cancel orders in exceptional cases such as inventory errors, incomplete buyer information, or reasonable suspicion of fraud. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund.
SHIPPING METHODS
We partner with established carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, along with other logistics partners for specific destinations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, season, or carrier conditions.

United States
Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days
Shipping rate: automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and address
Complimentary shipping on orders over $40 USD
Venezuela
We operate a logistics branch in Maracaibo, Zulia State, allowing us to offer direct shipping within Venezuela with accessible rates and shorter delivery times.
Estimated delivery: 2 to 7 business days
Flat domestic rate: $5 USD nationwide
Complimentary shipping on orders over $40 USD
Rest of Latin America
Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days
Shipping rate: calculated at checkout based on destination country
Europe, Canada, and other international destinations
Estimated delivery: 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country
Shipping rate: calculated at checkout
Complimentary shipping on selected destinations when reaching the minimum threshold indicated
These timeframes are approximate and do not constitute a contractual guarantee of an exact delivery date.
RESPONSIBILITY DURING TRANSIT
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping company. This includes delays caused by weather, carrier congestion, courier errors, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
In such cases, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier directly using the tracking number we provided. Our team will be available to assist you with any information required; however, Ammaterre does not provide replacements or refunds for incidents attributable to the carrier.
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please write to us at hello@ammaterre.com and we will accompany you through the process.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
Ammaterre does not assume responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or non-existent addresses entered by the buyer. If a reshipment is required, the associated costs will be the customer's responsibility.
We kindly recommend that you carefully verify your address before confirming the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping rate.
We suggest checking with your country's customs office before placing your order to understand any potential additional charges.
Ammaterre complies with all United States export regulations. If your order is held, delayed, or returned for customs reasons, we appreciate your understanding: such cases fall outside of our direct control.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS UPON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives with visible damage attributable to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the affected products at hello@ammaterre.com.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or credit based on the nature of the incident.

GOVERNING LAW
